Catalogue · In-house project

Product and service,
clear at a glance.

When a company offers both a product and a service, the biggest risk is that a visitor doesn’t understand exactly what they can get, or how to order it. The site is built so the offer is clear immediately and contact is within reach.

IN-HOUSE PROJECT

SANCOM is an in-house project — the site was built for our own brand, not for an outside client. We list it because it shows the approach, not to make the portfolio look longer.

The brief, and what was done

The brief

  • That a visitor understands what’s on offer within seconds
  • That the route to an order or an enquiry is clear
  • That contact is visible and easy on a phone

What was done

  • A catalogue of 37 products, each with its own page
  • Two selection helpers that guide a customer to the right item
  • Guides and an FAQ alongside the offer
  • Built for the phone and prepared for local search
  • Contact via WhatsApp and Viber for a quick order or enquiry
The key decisions

Why this way.

01

Put the offer and how to order ahead of everything else.

02

Make contact visible from every point on the site.

03

Keep the page clean, with nothing surplus pulling attention away.

A catalogue without an online checkout. The customer sees exactly what they are ordering, and the order and the arrangement go through contact.
