Advanced solutions · Business apps

An enquiry goes in.
An appointment, a job or an order comes out.

A phone call, an Instagram message and an “I’ll get back to you tomorrow” don’t live in the same place, so something falls through. A system is one place where every job has a status, a date and a next step.

DEMO · PILOT

These are working demo systems, not a finished cloud product and not clients’ production applications. Each business gets its own version through a pilot — we adapt the names, the workflow and the data, and then check together whether the system genuinely helps.

Real screens from the demo apps — try them now

Four systems, one principle.

Every job has a status, a person responsible and a clear next step. Nothing is held in anyone’s head.

01 Appointments A screen from the BIRO Appointments demo app — bookings with name, service, date and status

BIRO Appointments

Online booking and an overview of appointments — clients choose a free slot themselves, and you get a calendar you can read at a glance.

02 Field work A screen from the BIRO Work Orders demo app — tasks with a person responsible, a deadline and a status

BIRO Work Orders

Reports, tasks and the organisation of field work — every job has someone responsible, a deadline and a clear status.

03 Sales enquiries A screen from the BIRO Leads demo app — enquiries with their source, the next step and a status

BIRO Leads

Enquiries, a sales pipeline and reminders — no serious enquiry gets forgotten.

04 Orders A screen from the BIRO Orders demo app — orders with amount, channel and status

BIRO Orders

A catalogue, incoming enquiries and an order record with statuses — for small producers and sellers. No payment processing and no invoicing.

Monday morning, two versions.

This isn’t a client story — we don’t have a first one yet. It is the difference the system makes, described honestly.

Without a system

  • Enquiries arrive in three places: the phone, Viber, Instagram.
  • “Who called on Friday?” — nobody is sure.
  • What was agreed is sitting in somebody’s messages.

With a system

  • One list for today: appointments, tasks, enquiries.
  • Every job has a status and someone responsible.
  • Friday’s enquiry is written down, with a reminder.
  • What was agreed is recorded — not remembered.
What a pilot looks like

Six steps, always in the same order.

Durations are agreed per business — which is why there are no invented timescales here.

01A conversation

How you work now

And what in that costs you most.

02The brief

What the system has to do

Specifically for your business, not in general.

03Tailoring

Names, workflow, data

To your business, in your words.

04A trial run

You actually use it

In real work, as agreed — not in an empty demonstration.

05The decision

It stays or it stops

No persuading.

06Handover

Access details and a guide

And an agreement on maintenance.

What happens after the pilot? If the system stays in use, maintenance takes it on from there — the Application or portal level: error and log monitoring, and a documented recovery plan. The monthly price for that level sits alongside the others on the maintenance page.

Honestly

What this is, and what it isn’t yet.

This is for when off-the-shelf tools don’t match the way you work — when bending your process around someone else’s software would cost you more than the software.

What already works

  • Working screens for bookings, tasks and enquiries.
  • A user side and an admin side, on desktop and on a phone.
  • Overviews, statuses and a clear next step.
  • Messages prepared for a person to review and approve.
  • Terminology and workflow tailored to the business.

What we don’t promise (for now)

  • Automatic sending of SMS or email without a person approving it.
  • Ready-made integrations with Google Calendar, WhatsApp or Viber.
  • A fully autonomous AI that decides on your behalf.
  • A guaranteed increase in sales or enquiries.
  • A product proven on markets outside Serbia.
Common questions

What people ask us most.

Is this a finished product I can buy straight away?+

No. These are working demo systems that we tailor to each business through a pilot. We don’t sell them as a finished, fully automated product — and that is deliberate. First we check whether the system genuinely helps your business, and only then do we go further.

What does it cost?+

Business apps are not a standard €600 or €900 package. We quote the scope and the price separately, after a short brief. If the system stays in use, maintenance takes it on from there — the Application or portal level, €320 a month.

What does “pilot” mean?+

We tailor the system to your business, you use it in real work as agreed, and then we decide together — it stays or it stops. No persuading. If it stays, you get the access details, a guide and an agreement on maintenance.

Does it send SMS or emails to customers?+

The system prepares the messages (a confirmation, a reminder), but a person reviews and approves them. We don’t promise automatic sending without human approval for now.

Does it connect to Google Calendar, WhatsApp or Viber?+

Not for now. Ready-made integrations with those services aren’t part of the demo systems. If a particular integration is essential for you, say so at the brief — we check whether it is feasible before promising anything.
